Salary and Benefits
The bank is offering a competitive salary structure with two categories:
- Category A: A fixed salary of Rs.15,000/- plus a variable component of Rs.10,000/-, along with allowances for conveyance (Rs.4,000/-) and mobile/internet (Rs.500/-).
- Category B: A fixed salary of Rs.12,000/- plus a variable component of Rs.8,000/-, with similar allowances.
Age Considerations
Age limits vary for different applicant groups:
- Retired Bank Employees: The maximum entry age is 64 years, with the possibility of continuation up to 65 years.
- Young Candidates: Applicants should be between 21 and 45 years old at the time of appointment, with the potential for continuation up to 60 years.
